Prepare for Your Ride

Arrive Early
Arrive at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes ahead of your planned time. Look for the Ai.R signage at the pickup point.

Scan & Board
Ensure your Grab app is updated. Scan the QR code located on the placecard at the back of the seat in vehicle. Take a seat, fasten your seatbelt, and you're ready to go!

Arrive Early
We recommend reaching your pick-up point 10 minutes before your scheduled slot. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, to ensure fairness and a smooth experience for all passengers.
Keep Children Safe
All children under 1.35m in height are required by law to have the proper restraints to board the AV. Please bring your own child booster seat, should you require one. For safety & legal reasons, we cannot allow children to board without the proper restraint.
Travel Light
To ensure the comfort of all passengers, kindly limit your belongings to one (1) small bag.
